Jason Fluegge is that guy who has probably already made a spreadsheet for this. He brings over 15 years of experience managing operations, finance, human resources, IT and governance for small, dynamic teams in arts, advocacy, and human rights to his work with an eye for integrating systems and improving efficiency on a budget. Jason spent 7 years managing operations, finance, and HR for a small culture change org that uses media, arts, and tech to combat gender-based violence. Prior to that, Jason spent 8 years in non-profit arts management helping grow a community theatre into a world-class performing arts venue, supporting a robust volunteer program, managing donor stewardship, and front-of-house operations.

Over the years Jason has also played a volunteer role in supporting nonprofits in impactful ways as well, having transitioned a volunteer-led nonprofit to a cloud based email and file system to streamline and prevent organizational amnesia, ultimately lessening burnout. Jason currently  supports volunteers, teammates, and friends in their own fundraising efforts, helping them tell their stories and use their commitment to raise increased funds for charity.

In his spare time, Jason does his own charity rides, an annual three day bike ride from Boston to NYC, and travels for marathons a few times a year with a goal to run one in every state. Jason is based in Harlem in NYC with his boyfriend, Brett, and their cat, Joey, and Frenchie, Toby.
